Try this one for size – assuming you are aware how important most think the bond between parent and child. Should a lesbian not have custody of her biological child ? Ditto a father. As far of the sex of the ‘partner’, most people have the decency not to ‘do it’ in front of their kids regardless. If they did,that would get into the possibility of something most of us would find worse than the other oddness.I’ve never found anyone to successfully promote the idea it’s contagious.

Every step-parent, foster parent, and parents by adoption should be offended by this odious statement.

According their tricksey semantics, “parents” can only be the egg and sperm donor, everyone else is “playing house”.

There are millions of non-gene-giving people in this world who are better parents than the biological parent(s).
