And yet this moron wants to cut into the funds we need to try to address this collapsing infrastructure. As little more than grandstanding. The problem with government is the L.C.D. mentality of most of its practitioners.... “Nearly 70 percent of the nation’s urban and suburban roads are in less than good condition.”
