He also resigned because he was breaking the law sleeping with a prostitute. There’s nothing illegal about having an extra-marital affair. Morality is a totally different animal from legality.

Now that Ex. Gov Spitzer is gone, his Lt. Gov. have been sworn in. He is legally blind. I hope this makes all the disabled feel proud, especially the legally blind. But how should we who have eyes feel? Should we New Yorkers feel very good that a great state, the Empire state for goodness sake is being governed by a legally blind man who also admitted having many affairs of his own as well as the wife? If he had affairs and can be sworn in as governor to succeed Mr. Spitzer, why then should Spitzer have resigned? Was it not the reason why he resigned?
