You know, I renegotiated my work contract when I got to Oxford. They wanted me as a full-time employee, offered to pay me a lot more. I turned it down and demanded that I be contracted via a new company that I registered here. I couldn’t explain to them exactly what it was about a “job” that made me so uncomfortable. Fortunately, they accepted.
