But essentially that's what we're doing over here by allowing Bush et al exert the "unitary" executive theory over us. And by allowing fundamental Christianity access to the halls of power, in the military as well. Meanwhile, I'd be cautious of heeding a Kagan. Human inertia takes a force to overcome just as surely as physical inertia does.
