		<description>Unconsciously, people may be glad to make the move towards high-density housing. They&#039;ll be freed of the responsibillty of taking care of a home and yard -- and of keeping up with the Joneses.

Also, I live in a historical area with Revolutionary War-era houses. They were built so low and so close to the road. People, by nature, huddle together. Well, to a certain extent anyway. If you&#039;re in an apartment building, just don&#039;t play your music too loud.</description>
