That might be worth mentioning. They serve food until 1 or 130. And for late night food, even though it's not Mexican, Barricudas does a good job of that on 11th and Ogden. A little ways away from the convention, though, and it's more than a little like a biker bar, but I've never had anything hotter. Also, I'm partial to Las Delicious, and it's a little closer to the Pepsi Center. Pretty cheap and lots of good food. Fast, too. If you love uber-hot green chili, try The Brewery Bar down off 6th Avenue. She lived in what was "rough" part of town. She's a nun, and was doing some work for the local area youth. She knew all the good joints and took us to a great Mexican dive. I don't remember the name, but I remember it actually had some flavor. Like bbq, usually the best places are dives.
