"All of my books have gotten major reviews all over the country. The Prosecution of George W. Bush hasn’t been reviewed yet in the mainstream media. What does that say about America? Aren’t we supposed to be the land of the free and the home of the brave?"

Time Magazine (July 3, 2008) isn't considered "mainstream media" by the former prosecutor?
I guess not, when it's a bad review.
This guy twists words as much as the subject of his lousy book.

IMPEACHMENT SAYS, "WE'RE SORRY!" Bush's and Cheney's (mafia, et al) impeachment and prosecution is probably the only apology that the rest of the world will accept from an indifferent and self-absorbed American population. It may, in fact, be the only thing that will save American lives, our freedom and our democracy well into the future.

I wonder, if the next president signs on to the International Criminal Court, whether Bush and Cheney (mafia, et al) could then be sent there for international prosecution.

Could not this also be premeditated murder? Paul O'Neill, Richard Clark speak of talk at the WH of invading Iraq well before 9/11. The pre-emptive war theory itself, presented as a protective mesure, while in reality used to expand American hegemony to secure control of energy ressources under cover of "spreading democracy," is a breach of international law and seems to impiy premeditated murder for illegal material gain.
