I understand the pain of being depressed and suicidal and if not for my friend's death, I may have made the decision to end my life too. I now work as ad advocate for suicide prevention and I also work to spread hope and smiles. I also work to raise money for the AFSP, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and have a charity Feel-Good fashion campaign at my site. My mantra in life is now: Don't Give Up! Giggle On! and my site is GiggleOn.com We can overcome sadness, depression and fear - I NEVER thought I would be able to life out of the pit of despair, but I did and I want to help others do the same, one smile, one laugh, one giggle, one word of support, one hug at a time. My heart breaks for anyone who has lost a friend or family member to suicide. Please know there is plenty of support available for the "survivor's" or SOS (survivors of suicide). You are not alone!
