I'm kinda tired of mine being singled out. Being overweight or being a smoker are pretty much the only "cool" groups to hate right now. Otherwise this would've never passed. Gov. Paterson proposed that one in December. The "Obesity Tax," as it's been dubbed, was just one part of budget plan. As least, that's how I understood it. This cigarette tax hike is exclusive.
