This was terrorism, and Crimes Against the Peace, leading to Crimes Against Humanity with somewhere between 1 million and 1.5 million murders so far in the conflict. International law is clear. The UN Charter forbids aggressive war, unless it is approved by the UN Security Council, which it most certainly was not. So, we find ourselves in a rogue, outlaw state, that continues aggression against multiple nations as if this was perfectly moral and legal. It is neither. The US Constitution Article 6, Clause 2, makes ratified treaties like the Geneva Conventions and the UN Charter the "supreme law of the land." We have been ruled by overt, blatant war criminals for a long time. In this case, it is black and white. As expected, Barack Obama intends to continue a long tradition of aggressive illegal wars, in the hopes that no sanctions and no justice can touch an Emperor of the great Superpower. There is no international law applicable to the US, solely because of its military strength. "Might makes right" is the only code it follows, and has followed for ... more than 200 years?
