Yeah, they need buying (either that, or they need a merger or they need to buy somebody else), but I'm not sure their eroding landline biz is the biggest issue. They have a robust business data operation. The problem - and here's where the merger thing really has to come in - they have no mobile play at all (unless you call "hey, while you're at it, would you like to subscribe to Verizon Wireless" a mobile play).
