		<description>The Post writer&#039;s observations on Qwest are unsatisfying. Yeah, they need buying (either that, or they need a merger or they need to buy somebody else), but I&#039;m not sure their eroding landline biz is the biggest issue. They have a robust business data operation. The problem - and here&#039;s where the merger thing really has to come in - they have no mobile play at all (unless you call &quot;hey, while you&#039;re at it, would you like to subscribe to Verizon Wireless&quot; a mobile play).</description>
